
Cereal Cookies
Crunchy, chewy, and packed with deliciousness!
Ingredients:
- 2 cups Bokomo Corn Flakes, lightly crushed
- 1 cup butter, softened
- ¾ cup sugar
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ cup freeze-dried strawberries (or any dried fruit of choice)
- 2 tbsp milk powder
How To Make Cereal Cookies
- Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, cream the butter, sugar, and brown sugar together until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, and milk powder.
- Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.
- Fold in the Bokomo Corn Flakes and freeze-dried strawberries.
- Scoop a spoonful of dough onto the baking tray, spacing them apart.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until golden brown around the edges.
- Let cool slightly before enjoying the perfect balance of crispiness and chewiness!
