Crunchy, chewy, and packed with deliciousness!

 

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Bokomo Corn Flakes, lightly crushed
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ cup freeze-dried strawberries (or any dried fruit of choice)
  • 2 tbsp milk powder

How To Make Cereal Cookies

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, cream the butter, sugar, and brown sugar together until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, and milk powder.
  5. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.
  6. Fold in the Bokomo Corn Flakes and freeze-dried strawberries.
  7. Scoop a spoonful of dough onto the baking tray, spacing them apart.
  8. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until golden brown around the edges.
  9. Let cool slightly before enjoying the perfect balance of crispiness and chewiness!
