
Cheesy Pull-Apart Christmas Tree

Ingredients:
- 1kg store-bought bread dough
- 21 Clover Full Cream Cheddar Cheese Slices / Gouda Cheese Slices
- ¼ cup butter, melted
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tsp mixed herbs
To serve:
- Freshly chopped herbs
- Any dipping sauce of your choice
How To Make Pull-Apart Bread
- Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with baking paper. On a floured surface, divide dough into two pieces.
- Stretch and roll each piece of dough into a long rectangle, then cut dough into 5cm squares, you will 21 in total.
- Place a slice of cheese in the centre of each dough square. Wrap the dough around the cheese, pinching to seal and forming a ball.
- Arrange the dough balls on the baking sheet in the shape of a Christmas tree, start with one dough ball at the top, then add rows that increase by ball at a time. In a small bowl add melted butter, garlic and mixed herbs, then mix until well combed.
- Brush the garlic butter over the dough balls. Bake for 15 – 20 minutes until golden brown.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with any dipping sauce of your choice.
