Chewy Choc Chip Cookies
There is no limits to what Golden Cloud vanilla cake mix can be transformed into!

Time: 40 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 box Golden Cloud Vanilla Cake Mix
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup oil
- ½ cup chopped Beacon Midnight Velvet
- Flakey salt (optional)
How To Make Chewy Choc Chip Cookies
- Preheat the oven to 180C and prepare a baking sheet.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients and stir until fully incorporated.
- Scoop a tablespoon of the batter using an ice cream scoop or tablespoon and drop onto the baking sheet.
- Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes or until edges are set, the centres will be soft.
- Allow to cool, sprinkle with salt and enjoy!
