Chicken noodle stir fry Recipe
Affordable, fast, easy, heartwarming, this chicken noodle stir fry is the perfect way to start off your week.

Ingredients:
- 2-3 Cups chicken cooked (from life-style segment)
- ½ cup teriyaki sauce
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 green chilies’ chopped
- ½ red pepper roughly chopped
- 100g tenderstem broccoli halved
- 80g mange tout/ sugar snap peas
- 2 carrots julienned
- 1 cup cabbage shredded
- 300g noodles of choice cooked to packaging instructions
- 2 tsp cornflour +2 tbsp water (slurry)
Garnish - Toasted sesame seeds
- Spring onion finely chopped
How To Make Chicken noodle stir fry
- To a wok, over high heat, add in the oil and fry off the garlic, and chili until fragrant and be careful to burn it.
- Add in the roughly chopped veggies and fry for 2 minutes. Add in the soy, teriyaki and slurry, cook until slightly thicken.
- Add in the cooked noodle, chicken and toss to combine then ingredients.
- Serve hot
