Chicken noodle stir fry Recipe

Affordable, fast, easy, heartwarming, this chicken noodle stir fry is the perfect way to start off your week.

  • 2-3 Cups chicken cooked (from life-style segment)
  • ½ cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 green chilies’ chopped
  • ½ red pepper roughly chopped
  • 100g tenderstem broccoli halved
  • 80g mange tout/ sugar snap peas
  • 2 carrots julienned
  • 1 cup cabbage shredded
  • 300g noodles of choice cooked to packaging instructions
  • 2 tsp cornflour +2 tbsp water (slurry)
  • Toasted sesame seeds
  • Spring onion finely chopped

How To Make Chicken noodle stir fry

  1. To a wok, over high heat, add in the oil and fry off the garlic, and chili until fragrant and be careful to burn it.
  2. Add in the roughly chopped veggies and fry for 2 minutes. Add in the soy, teriyaki and slurry, cook until slightly thicken.
  3. Add in the cooked noodle, chicken and toss to combine then ingredients.
  4. Serve hot
