Chutney Marinated Kebabs

Sweet, spice, and everything nice!

Ingredients:

For the Kebabs

  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 500g sirloin steak, cut into chunks
  • 2 red peppers, quartered
  • 2 red onions, quartered
  • 1 green pepper, chunked
  • 1 yellow pepper, chunked
  • 2 Tbsp Thai seasoning mix
  • Zest & juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt & pepper
  • 1 cup Mrs Balls Original Chutney

To Serve

  • Lemon wedges
  • Fresh greens

How To Make Chutney Marinated Kebabs

  1. Heat a griddle a pan, then soak 6 – 8 skewer sticks into water.
  2. In a large mixing bowl add veggies, steak, seasonings, olive and lemon juice, mix until well combined.
  3. Thread onto skewer sticks and cook for 4 minutes per side and baste with Mrs Balls Original Chutney throughout the cooking process.
