Clover Authentikos Buffalo cauliflower tots with Authentikos Tzatziki dip

Transforming our favourite meals into moreish bites with a little more nutritional value, like turning buffalo wings into buffalo cauliflower and when done right, you won’t miss the meat.

For the cauliflower
1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets
½ cup water
½ cup flour
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
½ cup hot sauce
2 tbsp melted butter

For the dip
1 cup grated cucumber
1 cup Clover Authentikos yoghurt, plain flavour
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp chopped mint
Squeeze of fresh lemon
Salt to taste


In a bowl, combine the water, flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper. Add in the cauliflower and toss to coat.
Spread the cauliflower an air fryer and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until browned.
Combine the hot sauce and melted butter and coat the baked cauliflower.

Combine the ingredients for the Tzatziki in a separate bowl and serve with cauliflower.
