200g dark chocolate, melted 100g Clover Bliss Medium Cream chocolate dairy dessert 1 cup ginger cookies, crumbed into chunks 100g tahini 2 tbsp golden syrup 80g pistachios, chopped Handful dried cranberries 30g toasted sesame seeds
Method:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the Clover Bliss dessert, melted dark chocolate, tahini and golden syrup. Whisk together to combine then stir in the rest of the ingredients. Transfer the mixture to a lined square dish and garnish with more chopped pistachios. Place into the fridge to set for at least 3 hours, Slice into rectangles and serve.
