8-10 ready made falafels Slider buns Clover Butro for spreading 1 cup ready made hummus 2 tbsp harissa pesto/paste 1 tsp tahini 1 red onion, sliced into rings 2 discs feta, crumbled
For the Tarka 3 tbsp Clover Butro, melted 1 tsp sesame seeds 1 tsp salt flakes 1 tsp black sesame seeds 1-5 thyme leaves 1 tbsp dried chilli flakes
Method:
Spread the slider buns with the Butro and assemble with the falafel, onion rings and feta. Mix toegether the hummus, harrissa paste and tahini and drizzle over the falafel. Place into an oven bake dish
Prepare the Tarka by melting the Butro in a saucepan and add the rest of the Tarka ingredients. Pour over and bake in a preheated oven at 180C for 5-7 minutes. Serve warm.
Chefs Tip: Melting the Butro to pour over the top ensures for the best, buttery baked sandwich sliders you’ve ever had.
