500g ground lamb or beef mince 1 red onion, chopped 2 cloves garlic, chopped Handful fresh parsley, chopped Handful fresh coriander, chopped 2 tbsp Clover Classic Fat spread 1 tbsp fresh mint, chopped 1 tbsp paprika 1 tbsp ground cumin 1 tbsp ground coriander 1 tsp chili flakes salt and pepper to taste 4-5 mini pita breads 3 tbsp Clover Classic Fat spread
Dipping sauce of choice for serving
Method:
Combine the mince, onion, garlic, herbs and spices in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper and mix well to combine. Slice the pita breads in half and open the pockets. Stuff the pita breads with the mince mixture. Melt the Classic fat spread in a large saucepan and fry the Arayes on all sides until cooked through. Serve with dip or sauce of choice.
Chefs Tip: You can use lamb or beef mince for this recipe and you can make the filling the day before.
