Clover Elite Cheese Alfredo Lasagna Roll-Ups
If you love lasagna, you’ll be swooning over these roll-ups!

For the Alfredo sauce
2 tbsp butter
2 cups cream
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 tsp dried mixed herbs
salt and pepper
1 cup Clover cheddar cheese, grated
½ cup parmesan cheese, grated
1 cup baby spinach
1 pack lasagna sheets, cooked al dente
3 rotisserie chicken breasts, shredded
2 cups Clover Tussers cheese, grated
Handful fresh parsley, chopped
Preheat the oven to 180C
To make the Alfredo sauce, melt the butter in a saucepan then add in the garlic and cook for a few seconds. Pour in the cream and simmer for a few minutes, then stir in the cheese, mixed herbs and season with salt and pepper. Cook until the sauce starts to thicken then stir in the spinach. Set aside
To make the roll ups, add a layer of the Alfredo sauce to a baking dish. Add a layer of Tussers cheese onto a lasagna sheet, top with shredded chicken and alfredo sauce. Roll up and place onto the sauce in the baking dish. Continue making roll ups.
Pour over the rest of the sauce over the rolls up, scatter over more grated cheese and bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes. Serve warm and garnish with parsley.
Chefs Tip: You can also use Clover feta for a crumbly topping on this dish or swap the chicken for pork or mince.
