300g ready made bread dough 2-3 potatoes, boiled and mashed 1 cup Clover Elite Tussers cheese, grated 1 cup Clover Elite cheddar cheese, grated few knobs of butter for frying Sauce for serving
Method:
Tear off pieces of the bread dough and roll out into a circular shape. Add grated cheese to the centre, top with 2 tbsp mash and more grated cheese. Fold up the edges and form into a ball. Gently roll out into a flat circle. Melt butter in a heat a pan and fry on both sides until both sides are golden brown. Slice and serve
Chefs Tip: You can add any other ingredients to the filling, like mixed herbs, onion, but don’t omit the cheese!
