Clover Sip Up Marula Fridge Tart

A Marula fridge tart is relatively quick and easy dessert to tackle for any occasion and win hearts.

1 coconut biscuits, crushed
100g butter, melted
2 tsp gelatin
3 tbsp hot water
2 cups plain cream cheese
200ml condensed milk
100ml Clover Sip Up Marula or Choc chip flavour
1 cup whipped cream
¼ cup Marula liqueur
Flaked chocolate, for topping


To a large mixing bowl, combine the crushed biscuits and melted butter. Mix to a breadcrumb consistency and press into the base of a serving dish. Allow to set in fridge.

Make the filling by sprinkling the gelatin over the warm water and mix to melt the gelatin. Allow to cool slightly.
Beat the cream cheese, condensed milk, Sip Up and liqueur together. Stir in the gelatin mixture and fold in the whipped cream. Pour onto biscuit base, garnish with chocolate and allow to set in fridge. Slice to serve.

Chefs Tip: To add some texture, combine the base with chopped nuts or you can include it in the filling.
