Cottage Cheese Wrap with Ham, Cheddar & Salad

A trending Cottage Cheese wrap that will have no leftovers!

Ingredients:

Wrap Base

  • 1 cup full-fat cottage cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1t garlic salt

Filling

  • 2–3 slices shaved ham
  • ¼ cup grated mature cheddar
  • A few butter lettuce leaves
  • A few cucumber ribbons (use a peeler to shave)
  • ¼ ripe avocado, sliced or mashed
  • Woolies Sriracha mayo to drizzle

How To Make Cottage Cheese Wrap with Ham, Cheddar & Salad

  1. Preheat your oven to 190°C.
  2. Line a baking tray with baking paper or a silicone mat.
  3. In a blender, combine the cottage cheese, egg, salt, and optional garlic powder or herbs.
  4. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  5. Pour the mixture onto the prepared tray and spread it into a thin, even circle (about 20 cm wide).
  6. Bake for 10–12 minutes until set, slightly golden, and easy to lift with a spatula.
  7. Let the wrap cool for a minute or two so it becomes flexible.
  8. Layer on the shaved ham, grated cheddar, lettuce leaves, cucumber ribbons, and avocado.
  9. Add cracked black pepper or a drizzle of Sriracha mayo
  10. Roll up tightly like a burrito or fold it like a flatbread wrap.
  11. Slice in half and enjoy immediately.
