
Cottage Cheese Wrap with Ham, Cheddar & Salad

Ingredients:
Wrap Base
- 1 cup full-fat cottage cheese
- 1 large egg
- 1t garlic salt
Filling
- 2–3 slices shaved ham
- ¼ cup grated mature cheddar
- A few butter lettuce leaves
- A few cucumber ribbons (use a peeler to shave)
- ¼ ripe avocado, sliced or mashed
- Woolies Sriracha mayo to drizzle
How To Make Cottage Cheese Wrap with Ham, Cheddar & Salad
- Preheat your oven to 190°C.
- Line a baking tray with baking paper or a silicone mat.
- In a blender, combine the cottage cheese, egg, salt, and optional garlic powder or herbs.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the mixture onto the prepared tray and spread it into a thin, even circle (about 20 cm wide).
- Bake for 10–12 minutes until set, slightly golden, and easy to lift with a spatula.
- Let the wrap cool for a minute or two so it becomes flexible.
- Layer on the shaved ham, grated cheddar, lettuce leaves, cucumber ribbons, and avocado.
- Add cracked black pepper or a drizzle of Sriracha mayo
- Roll up tightly like a burrito or fold it like a flatbread wrap.
- Slice in half and enjoy immediately.
