Jungle Cheesey Sundried Tomato Bars

Makes: 12 Bars

2 cups Jungle Muesli (Granola)
1 cup Golden Cloud Flour
1 tsp salt
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp dried oregano
2 tsp dried basil
1 tsp pepper
½ cup parmesan, grated
1/3 white cheddar, grated
1/3 cup sundried tomato, roughly chopped
3 eggs
3 tbsp of oil from the sundried tomatoes


Preheat the oven to 180°C and prepare a square baking tray with parchment paper.
In a bowl, combine the Jungle Muesli, flour, seasoning, spices, half the parmesan, white cheddar and sundried tomatoes. Mix through then add the eggs and oil, and mix. Press the dough into the prepared baking tray, sprinkle on the remaining parmesan and bake for 20-25 minutes until firm and browned. Remove from the oven and cool completely, then cute into bars and serve!

Chefs Tip:This recipe is inspired by pizza, so feel free to incorporate any of your favourite pizza spices and toppings.
Store in an airtight container for 2 weeks.
