Overnight Oats Topped with Seasonal Fruit

Start your day right with delicious overnight oats topped with seasonal fruit!

Ingredients:

  • 1 large banana
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 – 2 Tbsp honey
  • 1 cup Greek yoghurt or coconut milk
  • ½ cup milk

To serve:

  • seasonal fruit
  • honey
  • chopped nuts
  • toasted seeds
  • plum or berry puree
  • sliced dessert peaches

How To Make Overnight Oats Topped with Seasonal Fruit

  1. Mash the banana in a bowl with the oats, add in honey, yoghurt and milk, then mix until well combined.
  2. Cover and chill in the fridge overnight.
  3. Before eating you can adjust the consistency by adding in more yoghurt or coconut milk if you prefer it to be runnier, spoon into bowls and top with seasonal fruit, honey, chopped nuts and toasted seeds.
