x1 Sip up, Granadilla flavour 2 scoops vanilla ice cream 1 cup cream cheese, plain 2 tbsp maple syrup Ready made raspberry or any berry coulis 1 tbsp granadilla pulp Whipped cream for topping Sliced berries for topping
Method:
Place the Sip up, ice cream, cream cheese and maple syrup into a blender. Blend until smooth and pour into serving glass. Pour over the coulis so that it marbles into the shake. Top up with whipped cream, granadilla pulp and berries
Chefs Tip:For this particular recipe, you can use any flavour to make your shakes – Apricot flavour will also taste great
