Very Berry Smoothie Bowl
Clover’s new Double Cream Plain Yoghurt is the star of the show in this recipe.

Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Clover Double Cream Plain Yoghurt
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- ¼ cup blueberries
- 1 banana, sliced
- ¼ cup dates, chopped
- ½ cup almond milk
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1 Tbsp honey, optional
- To serve:
- sliced strawberries
- blueberries
- ¼ cup pistachios, chopped
- ½ cup of your favourite granola
- ¼ cup coconut flakes, toasted
How To Make Very Berry Smoothie Bowl
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth, then pour into serving bowls and top with fresh berries, pistachios and granola.
- If you don’t have frozen berries feel free to use fresh berries, then add about 1 cup of ice to get a thicker consistency.
- Substitute almond milk with any milk of your choice.
- The dates provide a natural sweetness to the smoothie, but if you prefer it sweeter add about 1 Tbsp of honey.
- Chia seeds can be replaced with flaxseeds or any seeds of your choice.
