How To Make Very Berry Smoothie Bowl

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth, then pour into serving bowls and top with fresh berries, pistachios and granola.
  2. If you don’t have frozen berries feel free to use fresh berries, then add about 1 cup of ice to get a thicker consistency.
  3. Substitute almond milk with any milk of your choice.
  4. The dates provide a natural sweetness to the smoothie, but if you prefer it sweeter add about 1 Tbsp of honey.
  5. Chia seeds can be replaced with flaxseeds or any seeds of your choice.
