5 Ingredient Mocha Marshmallows
These fluffy Mocha Marshmallows are the perfect combination of chocolate, coffee and the creamy goodness of Mmmilk !

Preparation time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 25 – 30 minutes, plus 3 – 4 hours to set
Ingredients:
- 1 strong brewed coffee, separated into two bowls
- 14g powdered gelatin
- ½ cup sugar
- 2 cups icing sugar
- ¼ cup cocoa powder

How To Make 5 Ingredient Mocha Marshmallows
- Start by preparing your baking tin, line a squared baking tin with baking paper, dust a generous amount of icing sugar and cocoa powder into the tin.
- In a large mixing bowl, sprinkle the gelatin over ½ cup strong brewed coffee, let it sit for 5-10 minutes to bloom.
- In a saucepan combine the remaining coffee & sugar over medium heat, stir until the sugar dissolves. Let the mixture come to a boil until it reaches 115°C on a candy thermometer, then remove from the heat.
- Use a hand mixer and beat the gelatin on high speed while slowly pouring in the coffee syrup, beat for 8 – 10 minutes until it becomes thick, fluffy and double in size. Pour the marshmallow mixture into the prepared baking tin, spread it evenly using wet hands or a greased spatula, dust over more icing sugar and allow it to sit for 3 – 4 hours or overnight until firm. Once set cut into squares and enjoy with a cup of hot Clover Mmmilk.
