Straight outta KASI!

Recipe by Tiffany Kate-Lyn Matthews

Ingredients:

  • 1 loaf unsliced white bread
  • 1 Tbsp oil
  • 4 Russian vienna’s  cut in half, lengthwise
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 3 cups slap chips, seasoned
  • 4 cheese slices
  • 2 eggs, fried


To serve:

  • mango atchar
  • hot sauce, of your choice
  • tomato sauce
  • parsley

 

 

 

 

How To Make A Kota

Start by preparing the bread, cut the loaf in half then cut the two halves again into quarters. Spread some of your favourite sauce inside the quartered loaf, add some lettuce, slap chips, Russians, cheese slices and lastly the fried egg.
 

Serve immediately and top with mango atchar and chopped parsley.
