Apple Cider Mojito Mocktail

Ingredients:
- 1 handful fresh mint leaves
- 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
- 1-2 Tbsp lime mojito cordial (or more, depending on preference)
- Ice cubes
- 250 ml non-alcoholic crisp apple cider
For the rimming:
- 1-2 Tbsp Tajín seasoning
1-2 Tbsp honey
To serve:
- Edible flowers (for garnish)
How To Make Apple Cider Mojito Mocktail
- Start by preparing your glasses, dip the rim of each glass into the honey then swirl into the tajin seasoning and set aside.
- In a cocktail shaker, add the fresh mint leaves, rosemary sprigs, and lime wedges.
- Muddle the ingredients together using a muddler or the back of a spoon to release the flavours.
- Add the lime mojito cordial and ice cubes into the shaker.
- Secure the lid and shake vigorously for about 10-15 seconds to chill the mixture.
- Strain the mixture into the prepared glasses filled with ice.
- Carefully pour the non-alcoholic crisp apple cider over the top of the muddled mixture in each glass, filling it to the desired level.
- Garnish with edible flowers and fresh mint, enjoy!
