How To Make Apple Cider Mojito Mocktail

  1. Start by preparing your glasses, dip the rim of each glass into the honey then swirl into the tajin seasoning and set aside.
  2. In a cocktail shaker, add the fresh mint leaves, rosemary sprigs, and lime wedges.
  3. Muddle the ingredients together using a muddler or the back of a spoon to release the flavours.
  4. Add the lime mojito cordial and ice cubes into the shaker.
  5. Secure the lid and shake vigorously for about 10-15 seconds to chill the mixture.
  6. Strain the mixture into the prepared glasses filled with ice.
  7. Carefully pour the non-alcoholic crisp apple cider over the top of the muddled mixture in each glass, filling it to the desired level.
  8. Garnish with edible flowers and fresh mint, enjoy!
