Beacon Mallow Dippers

Take your Beacon Easter treats to a whole new level!

8-10 Beacon mmmMallow Eggs
2 Cups Golden Cloud Flapjack/ Pancake ready mix
oil for frying
ice cream for serving


Bring the oil to a medium heat. Add a drop of batter in the oil to check the temperature of the oil. You don’t want it to be too hot.
Unwrap the Beacon mmmMallow Eggs and dip each on into the pancake batter. Make sure that the Beacon mmmMallow Eggs is completely covered in batter before frying off in batches.
Fry each Beacon mmmMallow Eggs until golden brown and then place them onto some paper towel to drain off any excess oil.
Serve these eggs immediately along with some ice cream.

Chefs Tip: You don’t want your oil to be too hot otherwise the Beacon mmmMallow Eggs will brown too quickly and the marshmallow won’t have time to melt.
