Black Cat Chicken Pop Satay

A delicious energy-boosting snack!

Ingredients:

350-400g Chicken Pops
Wooden skewers
Satay sauce:
1/3 Cup Black Cat Smooth Peanut Butter

4-5 Tbsp coconut milk 

1 garlic clover, minced 

1 Tbsp soy sauce 

1 Tbsp honey

Juice of one lime

Method:

Cook the chicken pops according to package instructions and then skewer them onto the wooden skewers for serving.

To prepare the satay sauce, mix all the ingredients together using a whisk and mix until smooth.

Check consistency and loosen with more coconut milk if necessarily. 

Alternate: Toss the chicken pops in the satay sauce and serve with rice or noodles.

Chefs Tip: For extra flavour – for the adults – add in a finely diced red chilli and spring onion to the sauce.
