Black Forest Trifle

A quick & easy last minute Christmas Pudding

Recipe by Tiffany Matthews

Ingredients:

 

  • 1 chocolate sponge cake, crumbled 
  • 2 packets chocolate instant pudding or chocolate mousse
  • 1 ½ cup cherry or raspberry 
  • 2 cups whipped cream 

To serve: 

  • 200g fresh cherries to serve 
  • Chocolate shavings 
  • Gold leaf of edible gold dust

How To Make Trifle

  1. Start with a layer of crumble cake, then top with chocolate pudding, followed by raspberry jam and whipped cream, continue layering until all the ingredients are used, then top with whipped cream, cherries and chocolate shavings.
