
Braai Day Beef Stir Fry
Turn your weekend braai favourites into a sizzling beef noodle stir fry!

Cooking time: 30-45 minutes
Ingredients:
For the marinade:
- 4 Tbsp soy sauce
- 4 Tbsp sweet chilli sauce
- 1 garlic clove (chopped)
- 1 Tbsp Chinese Five Spice
- 1 tsp Muscovado sugar
- 1 lime (juiced)
- 3 Tbsp canola oil
For the stir fry:
- Clover Olive Pride Non-stick Spray
- 200g steak (thinly sliced)
- 150g egg noodles (cooked)
- 2 red peppers, (deseeded and thinly sliced)
- 1 onion (thinly sliced)
- Half cabbage, shredded finely
- 3 Tbsp canola oil
- Small bunch coriander (chopped)
How To Make Braai Day Beef and Pepper Stir Fry
- In a big bowl, make the marinade by placing all the ingredients and mixing well.
- For the stir fry, using a rolling pin, bash the steak to make it a little thinner and cut into thin slices. Put the steak into a large bowl and pour the marinade over.
- Leave to marinate while you cook the noodles in boiling water
Spray the griddle pan with the Clover non-stick spray and heat on the stove over high heat until it reaches the correct temperature. Season the marinated steak with salt and pepper then cook. In a frying pan, heat the oil, fry the onions and pepper then add the cabbage. - Transfer the steak into the veggies and add the already cooked noodles. Toss everything together to mix and heat through. Add the coriander and serve. Enjoy!
