Chicken Nacho Platter

Ingredients:

  • 400g Farmer Brown Nourish
  • Crumbed Chicken Sourdough Coated Strips
  • 250g tortilla or plain corn chips
  • 250g shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 Jalapenos, sliced
  • 1 tin black beans, strained
  • 1 tin whole kernel corn, strained
  • 3-4 Roma tomatoes, diced

Toppings:

  • sour cream
  • guacamole
  • fresh Coriander / cilantro leaves, Jalapeno

How To Make Chicken Nacho Platter

  1. Cook the Farmer Brown Nourish Crumbed Chicken Sourdough Coated strips according to package instructions.
  2. Meanwhile to assemble the nachos start by placing half of the tortilla chips in the base of a baking dish to cover.
  3. Sprinkle half of the remaining ingredients over the top and repeat until the ingredients are done ending off with the cheese on top.
  4. Place in a preheated oven at 200C for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
  5. Remove from the oven and add the cooked Farmer Brown Nourish Crumbed Chicken Sourdough Strips on top and add a few dollops of sour cream, guacamole and salsa over the top.
  6. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve.
