Chocolate Truffles

Indulge in pure decadence with these rich chocolate truffles, made irresistibly creamy with Clover’s Chocolate Milk.

Ingredients:

 

  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup Clover Chocolate Milk
  • 1 Tbsp unsalted butter
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract 
  • 226g dark chocolate, finely chopped


To serve

  • Cocoa powder
  • Melted chocolate
  • Sprinkles

How To Make Chocolate Truffles

  1. In a heat-proof big bowl ,add the chocolate and butter then set aside. In a saucepan heat the cream and milk over medium heat until it is simmering. 
  2. To the chocolate and butter pour the warm cream and let it sit for 5 minutes. 
  3. Add the vanilla extract then stir until the chocolate has completely melted. 
  4. Place a piece of plastic wrap directly on the mixture and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
  5. Scoop the set truffle mixture into a tablespoon size mould then roll into balls. 
  6. Roll each truffle into melted chocolate or whatever you prefer.
  7. Enjoy.
