
Chocolate Truffles
Indulge in pure decadence with these rich chocolate truffles, made irresistibly creamy with Clover’s Chocolate Milk.

Serves: 4-12

Ingredients:
- ½ cup heavy cream
- ¼ cup Clover Chocolate Milk
- 1 Tbsp unsalted butter
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 226g dark chocolate, finely chopped
To serve
- Cocoa powder
- Melted chocolate
- Sprinkles
How To Make Chocolate Truffles
- In a heat-proof big bowl ,add the chocolate and butter then set aside. In a saucepan heat the cream and milk over medium heat until it is simmering.
- To the chocolate and butter pour the warm cream and let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add the vanilla extract then stir until the chocolate has completely melted.
- Place a piece of plastic wrap directly on the mixture and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
- Scoop the set truffle mixture into a tablespoon size mould then roll into balls.
- Roll each truffle into melted chocolate or whatever you prefer.
- Enjoy.
