Clover Bliss Low Carb Hacks

Low Carb Hack 1: Broccoli Pizza Base 
1 head broccoli, blitzed to pieces, 
1 tsp garlic powder, 
3 eggs, 
¼ cup Bliss Double cream plain yoghurt, 
salt and pepper, 
1 cup grated cheese

Mix together in bowl, pour onto a baking tray and bake in oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool. 



Low Carb Hack 2: Apple Crisps  And Dip

1 apple thinly sliced, 

1 cup Bliss Double cream yoghurt, 

¼ sour cream, 

squeeze of lemon juice, 

1 tbsp chopped chilli, 

1 tbsp chives, chopped.

Place the apple slices into an air fryer and bake for 10-15 minutes or until crispy. Make the dip by mixing together the yoghurt, lemon juice, chilli and chives. Serve with apple crisps 


Low Carb Hack 3: Homemade Sauce


1 cup Bliss Double Cream plain yoghurt, 

2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped, 

1 tsp garlic powder, 

salt and pepper to taste. 

Mix in a small bowl and store in a jar. You can also use a splash of milk to thin out the sauce
