How To Make an Alfredo Pizza
- Preheat your oven to 180C, grease a large baking dish with cooking spray.
- Start by preparing the dough, add flour, salt & double thick yoghurt into a large mixing bowl and mix until a dough forms, then transfer the dough to a clean surface dusted with flour, knead the dough for about 5– 6 minutes.
- Set them aside, then start preparing the alfredo sauce.
- Add butter and cream into a saucepan, allow this to simmer on a low heat for about 1 – 2 minutes until the butter has melted and cream is warm, then whisk in garlic and parmesan cheese, whisk until the cheese melts.
- Season to taste with salt & pepper. Divide the dough, then roll out and place onto the prepared baking trays, spread over a generous amount of the alfredo sauce, top with grated mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 12 – 15 minutes until the crust is slightly golden and cheese has melted, remove from the oven top with chopped chives and enjoy.
