Sliced2 sprigs fresh thyme1 cup fresh cream1 cup cheddar or gouda cheeseSalt & pepper2 cups cooked pasta of your choice How To Make Creamy Mushroom & Thyme PastaHeat oil and butter in a large pan, then add in onions and cook until the onions are translucentAdd in garlic, mushrooms and fresh thyme, cook for about 3 minutesAdd in cream and cheese cook for about 2 – 3 minutes until thickened and cheese is meltedStir in cooked pasta and season to taste with salt & pepper.
