Ingredients:
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp butter
4 spring onions, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
1 cup cream
Salt and pepper to taste
How To Make Crostinis
In a saucepan, heat olive & butter add in spring onions and cook for about 2 minutes until soft, then add in garlic and thyme, cook for another minute until fragrant. Stir in cream and allow the sauce simmer until slightly thickened, season the sauce with salt & pepper.
