Custard S’more Cups

Who says s’mores are only for the campfire? We’re taking this classic favorite and giving it a festive makeover with layers of custard, biscuits, and marshmallows, all baked to indulgent perfection!

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups ginger biscuits, crushed
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups Clover Vanilla Custard
  • ½ cup chocolate, melted
  • 1 ½ cup mini marshmallows

To serve:

  • Chocolate shavings

How To Make Custard S’more Cups

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C and grease a muffin tin.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed ginger biscuits with melted butter until the mixture resembles a course-like texture.
  3. Divide the mixture evenly into the muffin tin, then press down firmly to create a base.
  4. Bake for 5 minutes to set the base, then remove from the oven and let it cool completely.
  5. Stir the melted chocolate into the Clover Vanilla Custard until well combined.
  6. Pour the chocolate custard mixture into the cooled biscuit base, filling each cup about ¾ cups full, top each cup with a layer of mini marshmallows.
  7. Use a blowtorch to lightly toast the marshmallows until golden brown.
  8. If you don’t have a torch, place the cups under the oven grill for 1-2 minutes.
  9. Serve immediately and enjoy!
