Custard S’more Cups
Who says s’mores are only for the campfire? We’re taking this classic favorite and giving it a festive makeover with layers of custard, biscuits, and marshmallows, all baked to indulgent perfection!

Makes: 6 – 8
Preparation time: 15 – 20 minutes
Cooking time: 5 – 10 minutes
Ingredients:
- 3 cups ginger biscuits, crushed
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups Clover Vanilla Custard
- ½ cup chocolate, melted
- 1 ½ cup mini marshmallows
To serve:
- Chocolate shavings
How To Make Custard S’more Cups
- Preheat your oven to 180°C and grease a muffin tin.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed ginger biscuits with melted butter until the mixture resembles a course-like texture.
- Divide the mixture evenly into the muffin tin, then press down firmly to create a base.
- Bake for 5 minutes to set the base, then remove from the oven and let it cool completely.
- Stir the melted chocolate into the Clover Vanilla Custard until well combined.
- Pour the chocolate custard mixture into the cooled biscuit base, filling each cup about ¾ cups full, top each cup with a layer of mini marshmallows.
- Use a blowtorch to lightly toast the marshmallows until golden brown.
- If you don’t have a torch, place the cups under the oven grill for 1-2 minutes.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
