150g 70% dark chocolate 2 cups popcorn 1 cup almonds, toasted Sea salt
Method:
Prepare a square baking tin by lining it with baking paper. Melt the chocolate over a double boiler or in the microwave, stirring consistently. Pour a 1/3 of the chocolate into the baking tray, just enough to cover the bottom of the dish. Followed by half the popcorn and place in the freezer to set for a few minutes. Remove from the freezer and pour another 1/3 of the chocolate over the popcorn, scatter half the almonds then add another layer of the remaining popcorn and return to the freezer to allow that layer to set. Once set, drizzle over the remaining chocolate and scatter the remaining almonds. Cut into bars and serve!
