Fried Beef Noodles

Simple and oh so delicious!


Ingredients:

 

  • 2 packet MAGGI 2-Minute Beef Noodles
  • 200g Beef fillet, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp oil, separated
  • 2 tbsp MAGGI Worcestershire Sauce
  • 3 tbsp MAGGI Sweet Chilli Sauce
  • Pinch of salt and pepper
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 carrot, sliced
  • 2 large spring onions, cut in half and sectioned
  • Garnish with spring onions and sesame seeds

How To Make Noodles

1. Cook MAGGI 2 Minute Beef Noodles according to packet directions; reserve 1/2 cup of noodle water before draining. Keep warm.
2. Meanwhile, heat 1 tbsp oil in a wok or large frying pan over medium heat; sauté the onions and carrot until crisp lightly charred.
3. Meanwhile, add the sliced beef to a bowl. Coat with 1 tbsp oil, MAGGI Worchester sauce, MAGGI Sweet Chilli and baking soda. Set aside.
4. Remove the sauteed onions and set aside. Sauté the beef strips on a medium high heat. Once browned, return the onions and cooked noodles to the beef. Mix well, adding some noodle water if needed.
5. Garnish with finely sliced spring onion and sesame seeds.
