Game Day Snack Platter

Now you’re ready for Saturday!

For the biltong dip:

250g sliced beef biltong, roughly chopped

1 cup mayonnaise

½ cup cream cheese, plain

¼ cup sweet chilli sauce

¼ cup parsley, chopped

salt & pepper


To serve:
250g droëwors
2 – 3 assorted cheeses (cheddar, camembert or brie cheese)
assorted crackers or breadsticks
assorted chocolates
1 cup mixed nuts
dried fruits, of your choice
prosciutto or salami
olives, optional
apricot jam
fresh rosemary, to garnish



How To Make Biltong Dip

For biltong dip: Add all ingredients for the dip into a food processor and blitz until smooth, then spoon into a serving bowl. To assemble the snack platter, arrange all the ingredients on the board and serve immediately.
