Hot Baked Blueberry Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1⁄4 cup oil
  • 1 1⁄2 cups plain yoghurt
  • 1⁄2 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla essence
  • 1 1⁄2 cups flour
  • Pinch of salt.
  • 2 cups blue berries

How To Make Hot Baked Blueberry Pudding

  1. Preheat oven to 160 degrees.
  2. In a bowl, mix eggs, oil, yoghurt, sugar and vanilla essence.
  3. Sift in flour, baking powder and salt, mix well.
  4. Put in half of the berries into the mixture.
  5. Pour mixture in a baking tart.
  6. Layer the remaining berries onto the mixture.
  7. Bake for 45 minutes, or until golden brown.
