Jungle Mango and Tropical Muesli Smoothie

Ingredients:

¾ cup tropical granola
1 cup frozen mango
1 cup kale
1 cup coconut milk
1 cup water
1cm x 1cm knob of fresh ginger
1 cup ice
1 tsp turmeric
2 tbsp honey, optional

Method:

Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.

Chefs Tip: You may substitute kale for baby spinach if kale is not available to you.
Turmeric is known as an anti-inflammatory ingredient, feel free to use fresh turmeric if you have.
If you are using fresh mango, you can add extra ice to the smoothie.
