No-Churn Apple Pie Ice Cream

Preparation time:10-20 minutes

Ingredients:

 

  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 4 Granny Smith apples, cored and diced
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon 
  • 2 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 Ginger biscuits, crushed

For the ice cream

  • 125ml Clover Mmmilk
  • 125ml heavy whipped cream
  • 1 can condensed milk 
  • 1 Tbsp vanilla extract

How To Make Ice Cream

In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat and add the apples, cinnamon, and sugar.
Cook for about 10 minutes, or until the apples soften while still holding their shape.

For the ice cream
Whisk the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
Add Clover Mmmilk, vanilla extract, and condensed milk, then whisk until well combined.
Pour the mixture into a loaf tin and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until fully frozen.
To serve, divide the apple mixture between four glasses or bowls.
Top each with two scoops of ice cream and finish with a sprinkle of crushed biscuits.
