How To Make Puff Pastry Breakfast Pie
- Preheat the oven to 200°C and line a baking tray with baking paper. Unroll the puff pastry onto the prepared baking tray, then use a sharp knife and lightly score a 1 – 2cm border around the edges of the pastry, being careful not to cut all the way through, dock the pastry using a fork and blind bake for 5 – 10 minutes. In a bowl combined softened cream cheese & grated cheese, then spread the mixture over the pastry, avoid spreading the mixture over the border, crack in 4 eggs, top with bacon. Brush the boarder of the pastry with beaten egg or water then sprinkle over some sesame seeds. Bake for another 12 – 15 minutes. Serve immediately and garnish with fresh rocket and enjoy!
