PURITY Yoghurt Banana Mini Flapjacks

A fantastic recipe to introduce your baby to solid food.

Serves: 2-4

Ingredients:

2x 80ml Purity Banana Jar
½ Cup Yoghurt
6 Tbsp Four
2 Eggs
1/3 tsp Baking Powder
Splash of Water

Oil, for brushing the pan

Method:

Place all the ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth.
Preheat a non-stick pan and brush the pan with some oil, pour some batter into the pan, about 2 Tbsp per flapjack and allow to cook for 3-4 minutes. Once the batter starts to bubble, turn the flapjacks around and cook on the other side for another 3-4 minutes, until golden brown and serve.
