Strawberry Chia Pudding

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup Chia Seeds
  • 1 ½ cups Milk
  • Clover Strawberry Flavored Milk
  • ½ cup Fresh or Frozen Strawberries
  • 2 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Essence

How To Make Strawberry Chia Pudding

  1. In a blender, puree the strawberries until smooth.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix the chia seeds with the Clover Strawberry Flavored Milk, strawberry puree, maple syrup, and vanilla essence.
  3. Stir well to ensure the chia seeds are evenly distributed.
  4. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, to allow the chia seeds to absorb the liquid and thicken.
  5. Before serving, stir the pudding well to break up any clumps.
  6. Serve in individual bowls or jars, and top with fresh strawberries, coconut flakes, or granola for added texture.
