Super M Protein Shake

Blend up a creamy, flavour-packed protein shake featuring Super M for any occasion.

Ingredients:

 

  • 1 ½ cups Peanut Butter Super M (or your favourite Super M flavour)
  • 1 medium banana, peeled
  • 1 scoop protein powder (vanilla or chocolate, depending on your Super M flavour)
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional, for added sweetness)
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
Topping Ideas (optional):
  • A sprinkle of cocoa powder or cinnamon
  • Chopped nuts (e.g., almonds or peanuts)
  • Fresh fruit slices (e.g., banana or strawberries)

How To Make Shake

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender, starting with the Super M for smooth blending.
  2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy. Adjust the ice cubes for your preferred thickness.
  3. Pour into a glass, garnish with toppings, and enjoy immediately!
