Tajin and Chamoy Coated Fruit Skewers

These vibrant, flavour-packed treats are perfect for summer snacking plus they are super easy to prepare!

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe mangoes, peeled & cubed
  • 1 large pineapple, peeled & cubed
  • ½ watermelon, cubed
  • 1 ½ cups chamoy sauce
  • ½ cup tajin seasoning
  • Skewer sticks

To serve:

  • lime wedges
  • lime zest
  • fresh mint sprigs

How To Make Tajin and Chamoy Coated Fruit Skewers

  1. Start by threading the fruit cubes onto a skewer, alternating between the mango, pineapple and watermelon.
  2. Use a pastry brush and brush a generous amount of chamoy sauce over the assembled fruit skewers, then sprinkle over tajin seasoning.
  3. Place the fruit skewers onto a platter, garnish with lime wedges, zest & fresh mint.
