Ingredients:
100g plain flour
100g granola with nuts
60g brown sugar
125g butter, diced
1 apple, peeled, cored and sliced
300g blackberries
Fruits of the Forest stewed fruit and custard for serving
How To Make Upside Down Fruity Breakfast Crumble
Preheat the oven to 190°C. Place the flour, ground almonds and the 60g of castor sugar in the bowl. Add the butter and rub into crumbs. Scatter this over the base of a springform tin.
Toss the apple and blackberries with a tablespoon of the of sugar, and the blackberries. Mix in a tablespoon of Fruits of the Forest. Scoop the blackberries and apple mixture on top of the crumble . Bake for 30- 45 minutes.
