Terms of Entry:

• Open to South African citizens and permanent residents aged 18 years or older.
• Competition period: 30 June 2025 – 11 July 2025.
• Prize must be redeemed by 31^st October 2025 for travel between 16 April – 30 September 2026 (excluding school holidays)
• The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Winner is responsible for any additional costs, including but not limited to visas, travel insurance, local taxes, meals not stated in itinerary & personal expenses.

FULL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

1. INTERPRETATION

1.1 The following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them:
1.1.1 Promoter: Refers to EXPRESSO and UIP Africa and WOLO Travel, including their affiliates, subsidiaries, or related entities.
1.1.2 Prize: WIN the Ultimate Adventure for Two to Thailand worth R100,000 with WOLO Travel.
1.1.3 Eligible Entrants: South African citizens or permanent residents aged 18 or older, excluding employees, directors, or immediate family members of the Promoter or its affiliates.
1.1.4 Promotional Period: 30 June 2025 – 11 July 2025
1.1.5 Winner: The Eligible Entrant selected to receive the prize under these terms and conditions.

2. ELIGIBILITY AND ENTRY

2.1 The competition is open only to Eligible Entrants.
2.2 Entries must comply with the Promoter’s stipulated competition requirements and must be submitted within the Promotional Period.
2.3 Each entrant may only enter the competition once.
2.4 Entrants who have won a prize in any competition hosted by the Promoter in the past 6 months are not eligible.
2.5 Entries must be submitted via the dedicated landing page associated to this campaign.
2.6 The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify incomplete, inaccurate, or duplicate entries.

2.7 The winner of a travel prize must each be in possession of a valid passport and must be permitted to travel to the specified destination by the relevant authorities. The prize does not include any regulatory requirements for Thailand including visas, entry passes, proof of funds, or health and/or travel insurance. The winner of this prize understands that any additional elements not covered as part of the competition prize (and any additional elements that may arise between the competition entry date and the date of travel) are at their own expense and will not be compensated by WOLO Travel. The winner shall forfeit the prize in the event that for any reason whatsoever, the winner is prevented or unable to travel to the specified destination. The winner shall forfeit the prize if not redeemed by 31^st October 2025. The winner shall forfeit the prize if they are unable to travel in the window provided.

3. PRIZE AND WINNER SELECTION

3.1 The prize includes WIN the Ultimate Adventure for Two to Thailand worth R100,000 and must be redeemed by 31^st October 2025.
3.2 The Winner will be selected via a random draw and notified via email and called by a EXPRESSO/UIP Africa & WOLO Travel representative with seven (7) working days from the campaign end date.

3.3 The Promoter’s decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
3.4 The Winner must confirm acceptance of the prize within 48 hours of notification. Failure to respond will result in forfeiture, and an alternate winner may be selected.

4. PRIZE CONDITIONS

4.1 The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

4.2 The scheduled departure of the travel prize must occur between 16 April 2026 and 30 September 2026 (excluding school holidays).
4.3 The Winner is responsible for any additional costs, including but not limited to:

• Visa applications
• Travel insurance
• Taxes and service fees
• Personal expenses

4.4 The prize is subject to availability and applicable terms, such as blackout dates or seasonal restrictions.

4.4.1 Specified prize inclusions, such as Jurassic World: The Experience, may be subject to availability due to unfinalized operational dates at the time of promotion.

4.4.4.1 Should travel dates not coincide with the Jurassic World: The Experience operational dates, it will be replaced with an alternative activity.

4.4.4.2 Suitable activity replacements include Dream World Bangkok, Suan Siam Water World or BEAT Active Thailand.

4.5 WOLO Travel reserves the right to change any component of the prize including travel dates and travel providers.

4.6 Choice of Air carrier is at the sole discretion of WOLO Travel.

5. PROMOTER RIGHTS AND LIABILITY

5.1 The Promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel the competition at its sole discretion.
5.2 The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of participation in the competition or acceptance of the prize.

5.3 The winner of the prize agrees to be photographed and permit the use of their respective names and/or photographs for publicity purposes.

5.4 By participating in this competition, the winner of the prize agrees to release and hold WOLO Travel free of any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with this competition or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of the prize, including, without limitation, personal injuries, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy.

5.5 WOLO Travel reserves the right to terminate this competition immediately and without notice. In the event of such termination, all winners agree to waive any rights that they may have in terms of this competition and acknowledge that they will have no recourse against WOLO Travel and its respective employees.

5.6 WOLO Travel’s standard Booking Terms and Conditions will apply in conjunction with these Competition Terms and Conditions.

6. PERSONAL INFORMATION

6.1 By entering, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal information for the purpose of administering the competition and acknowledge that their details will be shared with EXPRESSO, UIP Africa & WOLO Travel for marketing purposes. Participants further agree to be added to EXPRESSO and UPI Africas’s & WOLO Travel’s marketing database, in accordance with the requirements of the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
6.2 The Promoter will not share personal information with unauthorized third parties.

7. GENERAL TERMS

7.1 The competition is subject to South African law.
7.2 Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with the laws of South Africa.
