  • PlantLove™ Paneer 
  • Pickled Red Onion
  • Petals 90g
  • Avocado
  • Tomato
  • Micro Herbs
  • PlantLove Tangy
  • Mayonnaise

How To Make Bunless Vegan Burgers

  1. Cook the Tofu burgers according to package instructions.
  2. Sliced tomatoes into thick rounds, spread a generous amount of plantlove tangy mayo, top with cooked tofu burgers, pickled red onions, avocado, and lastly top with another slice of thickly sliced tomato.
  3. Garnish with fresh microhers and enjoy.

Ingredients:

  • ½ cucumber, ribbons
  • 100 g carrots, julienned
  • 75 g radishes, thinly sliced
  • 2 avocados, halved
  • 2 red peppers, sliced
  • 75 g Woolworths crunchy mix sprouts
  • 35 g Woolworths nut and seed sprinkle (option)
  • 350 g Woolworths Plantlove herbed tofu, cubed

Dressing:

  • PlantLove™ Plain Cultured Coconut 500 g
  • Fresh Herbs
  • Lemon zest

How To Make Tofu Poke Bowl

  1. Heat up avocado oil, cut the tofu into cubes and fry until crisp.
  2. Add all dressing ingredients together, whisk until well combined and season to taste.
  3. Plate all ingredients, drizzle with dressing and serve.

  • 500 g
  • Fresh greens

How To Make Tempeh Balls

  1. Cook your tempeh balls according to cooking instructions.
  2. Spoon a generous amount of cultured coconut into a bowl.
  3. Top with cooked tempeh and fresh greens.
