Zanzibar Sunrise Mousse

So smoooth and so creamy!

  • ½ cup Tropika Zanzibar Sunrise
  • 1 cup double cream
  • ½ cup coconut cream
  • 1 tbsp icing sugar
  • Zest of 1 lime
  • Tropical fruits for garnish

How To Make Mousse


In a bowl, use a blender so blend together the double cream, coconut cream and icing sugar. Gradually pour in the Tropika, whilst folding gently. Fold in the lime zest. Spoon the mixture into serving glasses and allow to chill in fridge. Once set, garnish with tropical fruit before serving.
