
2 Ingredient Garlic Naan
What’s a prawn curry without the perfect naan to scoop it up?

Ingredients:
For the naan:
- 1 cup self-raising flour
- ½ cup plain yogurt
For garlic herb topping:
- 2 tbsp melted butter or olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced (or ½ tsp garlic powder)
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh herbs (like parsley or coriander)
How To Make 2 Ingredient Garlic Naan
- Mix flour and yogurt in a bowl until combined.
- Knead for a minute until smooth.
- Divide into 2–3 portions and roll out into flat rounds.
- Heat a dry pan over medium-high heat.
- Cook each naan for 1–2 minutes per side until golden and puffy.
- Mix melted butter/olive oil with garlic and herbs.
- Brush the warm naan with the garlic herb mixture and enjoy!
Chefs Tip: Adjust as Needed – Keep a little extra flour and yogurt on hand to get the right dough consistency. You want it soft
and moist, but not sticky—if it’s too dry, add a touch more yogurt; if too sticky, sprinkle in some flour. Roll Gently & Evenly – Don’t press too hard when rolling out the naan. A light touch helps keep it soft and fluffy, while an even thickness ensures it cooks properly without burning. High Heat for the Best Texture – Cook the naan on a hot, dry pan for that signature golden char and puffed-up texture. If the pan isn’t hot enough, the naan may turn out dense rather than light and airy
