2-ways with Woolies’ Tin Roof Ice Cream

It’s stone fruit season and we have decided to dedicate a whole culinary hotline to these sweet and juicy fruit!

Ingredients:

  • 4 Woolworths amagwinya vetkoek
  • 2 L Woolworths Tin Roof dairy ice cream
  • 280 g Woolworths creamy toffee or chocolate dessert sauce
  • a handful raw almonds, roughly chopped

How To Make Amagwinya ice-cream sandwiches

  1. Slice open the amagwinya. Place a generous scoop of Tin Roof ice cream onto 4 halves. 
  2. Drizzle with the sauce, top with chopped nuts and sandwich with the remaining halves.

Ingredients:

 

  • 6 – 8 scoops Tin Roof Ice-cream
  • 250ml Chuckles Chocolate & Malt Flavoured Full Cream Milkshake
  • 2 Tbsp WW chocolate sauce
  • ¼ cup Chuckles Malted Puffs, chopped

To serve:

  • ½ cup Chuckles Shortcake in Milk Chocolate, roughly chopped
  • Whipped cream 
  • WW chocolate sauce
  • Gold leaf

How To Make Indulgent Tin Roof & Chuckles Milkshake

  1. Start by preparing the milkshake, add Tin Roof ice-cream, along with the rest of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth, thick & creamy.
  2. Drizzle some chocolate sauce inside your serving glasses, pour the milkshake into the glasses. 
  3. Top with whipped cream, an extra drizzle of chocolate sauce and lastly sprinkle over some chopped chuckles, garnish with gold leaf and enjoy!
