Air-fried Lemon and Herb Whole Chicken
We’re winging it with a quick and easy dinner in the air fryer!

Ingredients:
- 1 whole Free-Range Chicken 2032920000004
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp fresh crushed garlic 6009101134533
- zest of 1 lemon
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tsp thyme 6009175048231
- 1 tsp dried rosemary 6001009014023
- 1 tsp dried oregano 20167042
- 250ml Lemon, Herb & Olive Oil Baste and Dip 6009217299775
- salt and pepper, to taste
How To Make Air-fried Whole Chicken
- Pat the chicken dry using paper towels. In a small bowl combine olive oil, garlic, lemons, thyme, rosemary, oregano, salt and pepper, then rub the seasoning mixture all over the chicken.
- Place the large air fryer parchment paper into the fryer then, place the seasoned chicken breast side down into the air fryer.
- Cook the chicken for 30 minutes at 180°C, then after about 30 minutes baste the chicken with the Lemon, Herb & Olive Oil Baste then carefully flip the chicken using tongs and cook further for another 35 – 40 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and skin is golden and slightly crispy.
- Once done, remove the chicken from the air fryer basket and let it rest for 5-10 minutes before carving.
- Serve immediately with sides of your choice and a generous amount of Lemon, herb & olive oil baste and dip.
