How To Make Air-fried Whole Chicken

  1. Pat the chicken dry using paper towels. In a small bowl combine olive oil, garlic, lemons, thyme, rosemary, oregano, salt and pepper, then rub the seasoning mixture all over the chicken.
  2. Place the large air fryer parchment paper into the fryer then, place the seasoned chicken breast side down into the air fryer.
  3. Cook the chicken for 30 minutes at 180°C, then after about 30 minutes baste the chicken with the Lemon, Herb & Olive Oil Baste then carefully flip the chicken using tongs and cook further for another 35 – 40 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and skin is golden and slightly crispy.
  4. Once done, remove the chicken from the air fryer basket and let it rest for 5-10 minutes before carving.
  5. Serve immediately with sides of your choice and a generous amount of Lemon, herb & olive oil baste and dip.
