How To Make Korean Style Cauliflower Bites

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, water, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  2. Mix until well combined and free of any lumps. Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter and allow any excess batter to drip off. Preheat your air fryer to 180°C.
  3. Arrange the battered cauliflower florets in the air fryer basket and air fry for 12 – 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking. Cook until the cauliflower is golden brown and crispy.
  4. Meanwhile prepare the sauce, in a small saucepan combine all the ingredients over medium heat, stirring occasionally until the sauce thickens and becomes glossy. Remove from the heat and set aside.
  5. Once the cauliflower bites are crispy and done, transfer them to a large mixing bowl and pour the sauce over the cauliflower and gently toss until all pieces are evenly coated.
  6. Serve immediately and garnish with spring onion and sesame seeds.
