How To Make Korean Style Cauliflower Bites
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, water, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Mix until well combined and free of any lumps. Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter and allow any excess batter to drip off. Preheat your air fryer to 180°C.
- Arrange the battered cauliflower florets in the air fryer basket and air fry for 12 – 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking. Cook until the cauliflower is golden brown and crispy.
- Meanwhile prepare the sauce, in a small saucepan combine all the ingredients over medium heat, stirring occasionally until the sauce thickens and becomes glossy. Remove from the heat and set aside.
- Once the cauliflower bites are crispy and done, transfer them to a large mixing bowl and pour the sauce over the cauliflower and gently toss until all pieces are evenly coated.
- Serve immediately and garnish with spring onion and sesame seeds.
